At EXYRA we appreciate our international customers, and will do our best to make sure you are delighted with your order, no matter where you are. To make your transaction as smooth as possible, please take a moment to read through this important information.

International Shipping
  • We ship products worldwide. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
  • EXYRA uses Aus-Post as our sole international shipping partner. Upon shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you containing the tracking number. You can track the progress of your package anytime here 
  • All shipping time provided is only an estimate and transit time may differ during peak season. Prior to shipment, your eyewear is examined by a licensed optician and properly packaged.
  • EXYRA is not responsible for lost or damage package during transit. EXYRA will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such. 

International Import Fees
The taxes and duties imposed by individual countries outside Australia are not included in the sale price.
Import fees are any fees that national and local governments charge whenever you buy imported goods. These can include national and local sales taxes, duties, GST, VAT, etc. Some fees are charged as a percentage of the price of the item and some are flat fees. 

The taxes and duties imposed by individual countries outside Australia are not included in the sale price. And we have no control over these charges and cannot predict ahead of time of what they may be. Any additional charges that may arise after reaching the destination country are your responsibility, and EXYRA is not responsible for any. For more information about import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. 

Because of legal restrictions, EXYRA cannot alter its prices, offer discounts, reclassify its products, classify its products as gifts, or ship to a third country in order to intentionally avoid import fees.


Return/exchange
  • If you are returning or exchanging your item because the order is wrong or the product is damaged, EXYRA will provide reimbursement for return shipping
  • If you are returning or exchanging your item because of size, fit, color, or some other personal preference, then you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us.
